BREAKING: Elon Musk and Tim Cook have met. Elon Musk – Tim Cook budding romance? No, it’s likely that they are trying to settle their differences and find peace.

This has to be good news for $AAPL and Twitter alike. Neither one of them needed war at this moment. I’m sure Elon Musk and Tim Cook were discussing Apple’s decision to remove the majority of their ad spend on Twitter.
From Musk’s perspective, this could help him recoup some of his initial investment for purchasing Twitter. And for Apple, this means that they likely won’t have to worry about an “Elon Phone” competitor from Tesla or SpaceX devs.

Who knows what will come out of the preliminary meeting, but all we know is that it happened. And might I add that it was a prompt 24 hours after their spat.
This is likely a sign that the two are willing to find some common ground. And a step further, that they may even find a future collaboration.
With that said, Musk has been quick to voice his displeasure with Apple’s monopoly control over their App store.
I must admit this meeting is surprising given Musk’s brash criticism over Apple and Google. But, he was standing up for himself. Surely, these two are mature enough to see eye to eye.
And we all know that this country could use more collaboration and less division. Until then, let’s keep a close eye on this one because if I were Musk (which I’m not), I would be wary of what Apple has to say.
But for now this is a positive. Afterall, further conflict is never the answer. Peace and Love are. Oh, and freedom of speech.
